Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Tenants can arrive at the rented accommodation on the agreed day of arrival between the hours: 15.00-00.00. Deviations from these arrival
hours must be confirmed by Apartments24 before arrival.
The tenants must leave the rented accommodation between the hours: 00.00-11.00 if not agreed otherwise.
3. Things to do before check-out:
Please tidy up at apartment to the conditions it was when you arrived; Please consolidate all of the trash into the recycle bin; Please clean any dirty dishes before you depart; Please pop the keys in the key box upon check-out; We appreciate if you have time to notify Apartments24 when you leave the apartment.
4. Unregistered guests are not allowed
A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more guests than the specified in reservation, a 20€ per guest fine will be charged. It is allowed to use bed linens and towels according to number of guests in reservation. If there is used more, then the deposit will not be released.
5. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and on the balcony
If we identify smoking in the apartment or on the balcony, the deposit will not be released.
6. Pets are not allowed
Pets are not allowed if not agreed otherwise prior arrival.
7. Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep
The creation of unreasonable, loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise made during this time may result in a fine of 300€ and police or security service involved.
8. Take only pictures and memories with you
Any loss or damage caused by the tenants should be informed to Apartments24 and be compensated in case the guest is found responsible. A security deposit is required on arrival. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 days of check-out. It is possible to give deposit in cash (if agreed with the property manager. Please note that the deposit collection in cash may apply extra fees). Security deposit is used to cover small damages like keys, remote controllers, smoking in the apartment, disturbing neighbors and other occupants. If happened some larger damages we will contact with guest to agree in compensation.
9. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our apartment. Any small gathering must comply with our other terms and conditions regarding noise and visitor numbers

10. Free cancellation
With Standard Rate plan guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Free cancellation is not available with Non refundable rate plan.
11. Client’s personal belongings
The accommodation company is not responsible for the loss of the client’s personal belongings. Found items are stored for 7 days.
12. Consumer Protection
In order to implement a reservation, Apartments24 will need certain personal details from the tenant. Apartments24 is responsible for the administration of this information, and will treat this information securely. These data will only be used by the Apartments24 to confirm a reservation and to communicate with the tenant, both currently and in the future. A third party will under no circumstances be notified of this information (except in case of contractual or legal obligations).
