ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I get the keys?
You always have a comfortable self check-in option. Either keyless entry, receiving the keys from a lockbox near the apartment or our employee meets you at the apartment with the keys and all the necessary instructions and shows the apartment.
Deposit.
A damage deposit of 50€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Towels, and satin linen.
Towels and satin bed linen are included for all apartments and for all tenants.
Early check-in and late check-out policy.
The usual check in and check out times are displayed during the booking process but if the apartment remains available then we allow early check-in or late check out but it has to be confirmed on the day of the arrival or departure. If you want a check out time after 11:00 then 50% of the apartments daily rate will be charged.
