HOUSE RULES
There are some rules that guests should follow in order to make their stay more pleasant for everyone. Guests should be aware of the following.
- In order to get your apartment access code we ask you to fill in the online check-in form.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in.
- A damage deposit is required on arrival.
- Guests can arrive at the rented accommodation on the agreed day of arrival between the hours: 15.00-00.00 or 16.00-00.00 (depending on the selected property) . Deviations from these arrival hours must be confirmed by Apartments24 before arrival.
- Guests must leave the rented accommodation between the hours: 00.00-11.00 if not agreed otherwise.
- Please treat our apartment like your own home and tidy up the apartment before you leave. We do not offer daily housekeeping, so how clean your apartment stays is completely up to you. But we are happy to help you with it for an extra fee if needed.
- Pets are not allowed in our apartments.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and on the balconies.
- Noise should be at an acceptable level. Quiet hours 11.00 pm – 8.00 am.
- Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the property. We have right to charge additional fee if needed.
- Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our apartment.
You always have a comfortable self check-in option. Either keyless entry, receiving the keys from a lockbox near the apartment or our employee meets you at the apartment with the keys and all the necessary instructions and shows the apartment.
A damage deposit of 50€ is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 15 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All apartments have clean bed sheets, linen and towels. In addition there is toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes.
Yes, all apartments have free wireless internet connection. You will find the password in the apartment.
Early check-in is possible if the apartment stays unoccupied the night before.
If you want a check out time after 11:00 then 50% of the apartments daily rate will be charged. This is subject to availability.
We have a non-smoking policy! Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties, including balconies!
