INSTRUCTIONS
We do not operate an on-site reception at Apartments24 Spordi, so you will gain access to your apartments using secure access code.

PARKING
On street car parking is available free of charge.
In the property, you’ll find a lockbox located next to the main door. The main door is located on the corner of Kooli Street and Spordi Street. Lockboxes are numbered according to the apartment numbers. Select the lockbox which has your apartment number. Pull down the black shutter on the lockbox then enter the code. Take out the keys. There are 2 keys – one is for main door and second is for apartment door. Open the main door and enter the corridor. Walk upstairs to the 2th floor. Apartment doors are located on the right side of the corridor. Choose the apartment which has your room number.
Unregistered guests are not allowed
A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more guest than the specified in reservation, a 20€ per guest fine will be charged
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
The fine for smoking in the apartment is 200€
Pets are not allowed
Discuss with the property host
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep
The creation of unreasonable, loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise made during this time may result in a fine of 300€ and police or security service involved
Any loss or damage caused by the guest should be informed to Apartments24 and be compensated in case the guest is found responsible
A security deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Security deposit is used to cover small damages like keys, remote controllers. If happened some larger damages we will contact with guest to agree in compensation
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our apartment. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and visitor numbers

Check-out is 11:00 on your departure day
Please tidy up the apartment to the conditions it was when you arrived
Please consolidate all of the trash into the recycle bin
Please clean any dirty dishes before you depart
Please pop the keys in the key box upon check-out
We appreciate if you have time to notify us when you leave the apartment
