Apartments24 Vene One check-in

The entrance to the house is from Rohuaia street. Lockbox is located next to the gate and is labeled with ‘Apartments24‘. Pull down the black shutter on the lockbox then enter the code (code will be sent after the check-in form is completed and rental agreement is signed). Open the lockbox and take out the key (press down the black button and pull the lockbox door at the same time). This key opens the gate, the main door and the apartment door. Open the gate and walk straight. The entrance to the corridor is from the end of the building (on the inner parking side). Walk downstairs, then turn left. Apartment door is labelled with ‘13’.

NOTICE! PLEASE DON‘T ENTER THE WRONG APARTMENTS. Our apartment locates in the BASEMENT FLOOR and is labeled with number ‘13’ and has ‘Apartments24’ sticker.

• Unregistered guests are not allowed

A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. If there is a disturbance with more guest than the specified in reservation, a 20€ per guest fine will be charged

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment

The fine for smoking in the apartment is 200€

• Pets are not allowed

Discuss with the property host

• Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am to allow neighbors a peaceful night’s sleep

The creation of unreasonable, loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise made during this time may result in a fine of 300€ and police or security service involved

• Any loss or damage caused by the guest should be informed to Apartments24 and be compensated in case the guest is found responsible

A security deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Security deposit is used to cover small damages like keys, remote controllers. If happened some larger damages we will contact with guest to agree in compensation

• Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at our apartment. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and visitor numbers

• Check-out is 11:00 on your departure day

• Please tidy up the apartment to the conditions it was when you arrived

• Please consolidate all of the trash into the recycle bin

• Please clean any dirty dishes before you depart

• Please pop the keys in the key box upon check-out

• We appreciate if you have time to notify us when you leave the apartment
